They are provided in good faith and believed accurate at the date above.

Some figures, in particular anything relating to permitted building area, are subject to confirmation by a licensed Greek civil engineer, and the site says so where that applies.

- Formspree, Inc. receives and forwards enquiry form submissions. Formspree is based in the United States and transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. It processes the data only to deliver your message.
- Google Ireland Ltd. provides Google Analytics, and only if you have accepted analytics. IP anonymisation is enabled. Google may transfer data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google LLC serves the typefaces used on this site. The aerial film is hosted on YouTube but is not loaded until you click play, and then only in privacy-enhanced mode, so simply reading this site sends nothing to YouTube.
- Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox that receives enquiries.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation serves the embedded map.
Your data is never sold, and it is never passed to estate agents, property portals or marketing companies.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept while the property is for sale and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google for fourteen months. If a sale proceeds, related correspondence may be kept longer where required by Greek law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent to analytics at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Write to zarouchlaland@gmail.com and you will have a reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority, or in Greece to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

The aerial photography, film and cadastral drawings on this site were produced for this listing. Boundary overlays are plotted from official cadastral survey coordinates. Map imagery is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence.

Governing law
This site and any sale of the property are governed by Greek law. Greek property transfers are valid only when executed before a Greek notary and registered, and nothing on this website substitutes for that process.
